Reference interviews
Reference interviews consist of asking direct questions to the references provided by the candidate and, where indicated, the unlisted references.
As a general rule, Sim Background Check conducts two reference interviews provided by the candidate on the disclosure form. The director responsible for the selection process will ensure that the consent form is completed and includes two eligible references, such as managers, supervisors, human resource representatives, directors, and/or owners.
